Arigato!
i just wanted to answer you in japanes to!
The green you add give it a lot of depth and make me feel as if I'm along side a forest, ready to follow the wolf. And you also free the eyes from the bumpy glass texture with smoother shades from the trunks and branches, that's good or else the picture would be overwhelmed by the whole feel.
The only thing is, the focal point, the wolf isn't too great. She sticks out too much, and I know you wanted that, but I feel that incorperating the reds and yellows a little into her fur would help. the light feels so wamr and it changes white a little I think?
Also all the colors are somewhat segregated. All the reds on the top...All the Yellows on the bottom... You could have added maybe just a little of both those colors to a few spots. Though you're doing that somewhat with the orangey red branches coming down, and it works well there. Maybe it's just me... I think a few red leaves on the floor would be nice though to balance the bright.
All in all, I really love this, it has great depth, wonderful shading and texture, and it feels very warm despite the coolness of fall. The colors are rich and great as well!
Maybe I just don't know what I'm talking about in terms of wierdness to my eyes. XD
Second, about the wolf i think you have right somehow its truht and i didnt noticed too much. Personally i always have noticed so many flues, so i just decided to finis because it was taking to long. However i will remember this for the coming ones! what you say its really usefull!
Thank you again!
